It's a stressful time of our lives living in the ever present present. The future whilst full of possibilities both wonderful and terrible has in my experience generally turned out to be quite similar to the present (just with a lesser degree of youth and health and a higher degree of Iphone technology). It's swings and roundabouts all the way. All those potential possibilities are a danger to dwell too much on. The greatest day ever could be just about to happen to you or worst of all it could be just about to happen to the person sitting next you. Spending all your present (and through association, past) trying to anticipate life only leaves you with a lot less future so I'm going to try focusing on the present as I'm fairly certain I'm in control of that. dave
