Ah the joys of middle management! It's true that you can lead a horse to water but  if you really, really, really want it to drink, you're going to first have to explain it in in a series of slow and clearly pronounced neighs. Then offer it some incentivising hay, and then actually demonstrate the act of drinking to the horse. Now I don't want to be a nag, but does it always have to be so difficult? Still, one mans soul destroying career path is another man's mildly amusing comic... dave
